Dandy Roll Description
Dandy Roll is a light hollow roller covered with copper mesh, usually installed on the forming mesh surface after the first two or three vacuum suction boxes. The functions of the watermark roller include: finishing the paper surface, giving the required watermark to the paper; improving the evenness of the paper; in addition, the watermark roller also plays the role of destroying and eliminating air bubbles in the paper web.

Dandy Roll Structure
1. The roller body adopts a collarless sheet structure, which has good structural rigidity, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
2. The roller body is welded with oblique wire drawing, and the outside is evenly wound with vertical sheets or stainless steel, which is convenient for dehydration. The uniformity is generally controlled at 0.6/1000 to improve the uniformity of the paper.
3. The mesh surface adopts direct welding or spiral welding, and the material is bronze mesh or stainless steel mesh. The mesh can be determined according to the user's choice.
4. Active (with transmission): watermark roller body bearing frame, air jet pipe, water spray pipe, high-pressure mobile water spray pipe, water receiving device, water receiving tank, connecting transmission cover, pressure regulating device, limit device, compressed air system, transmission department, and electric control box.
5. The technical requirements of the roll body are: cylindricity level 9, roundness level 7, full jump level 8, the roll body should be corrected for dynamic balance after manufacture, and the balance quality should not be lower than g 2.5.
